I found this book a delight to read. A simple writing style combined with a solid plot make this an excellent after work read.
Waiting for the next one. A little strange that he finds trouble every time he travels but it does get to the adventure quickly that way.
Good light reading. Look forward to future publications in this series. Not something very deep. Best if start with the first book in the series. Helps with the story line to have the history.
I wish the author would stop writing like he's one of the robots in his stories. It's like he has a list of high points and he's going down it checking them off with very little emotional connection to the story. It's just a terrible way to write a novel.
I enjoy the stories more with each new book from Ed Pipkin. He's a little short on his ability to cover fantastic technology, he needs to accept the tech without trying to explain it and he needs to extrapolate from what we have today to what could be... He handles the interpersonal relationships very well and that is what drives the storyline. His books are definitely growing on me.
